Alex, Vicki, Landus and Denise met at the Depot Restaurant on Hwy 65 south of Harrison and rode over to Gassville stopping at On the Run Exxon station to meet up with Jim.
Leaving Gassville we took Hwy 5 into Missouri then turned off onto Hwy PP a little past Greenville, stopping at Old Dawt Mill. From there we made our way to Hodgson Water Mill where Hank Macler greeted us and graciously invited us to tour the mill even though they were closed at the time.
From Hodgson Mill we went on to Zanoni Mill and then to Rockbridge where we had a late lunch at the Rainbow Trout Ranch then relaxed for a bit at The Grist Mill Club and watched a couple catch several NICE trout. Our bartender ..... offered to be a stop on a poker run if we decided to have one in that direction.
It started sprinkling on us as we were leaving Rockbridge but we lucked out and out ran the rain. We made it back to the Exxon station in Gassville and after a short break Jim headed towards Norfolk and the rest of headed back to Harrison.
