On July 16th, 2006, Paul and Anita Watters (Great Plains Regional Directors) held a multi-Chapter meet at the Red Hot & Blue restaurant on Rangeline in Joplin, MO. Even though the weather was HOT, approximately 70 to 80 Star Members were present.
Attending Chapters include: 141, 162, 227, 248, 298, 221, 349, and 382. As a result of the huge attendance, Paul and Anita are planning to host another multi-chapter meet in 2007
