We started our ride by meeting at the Dollar General Store in Lead Hill greeting each other and visiting for a bit.
After leaving Lead Hill we made our way to Gaston's White River Resort where we watched a plane take off on the grass landing strip just outside the resort before moving inside. Gaston's is located on the banks of White River just below Bull Shoals Dam.
You'll find a variety of food on their menu with one of the specials being trout. If you'd like, you can catch your own and the folks at Gaston's will cook it for you.
For anyone wanting to spend more time, Gaston's also offers cottages overlooking the banks of White River. It's a beautiful way to start the morning watching the river flow by in front of you.
After leaving Gaston's with full bellies, we worked our way home.
