Wayne and Paula started their day off in Marshall where they rode to Harrison and met with David, Diane, and Mike at Charles and Mary's home. They loaded up the goodie bags for the veterans and rode to the Tourist Information Center on Highway 65 north of Harrison where they waited until 10:00 a.m. just in case anyone else was coming along.
With no one else joining them they decided that Charles and Mary would lead the ride and since Mike rode a "good bike" he would be tailgunner.
The group took Highway 65 North and then turned towards Fayetteville on Highway 412. Wayne was the third bike back and watched a hawk dive bomb Charles and Mary on the way. Charles did a good job of avoiding the hawk.

Everyone stopped at Colton's Steak House for lunch and then headed to the Hospital where we met our guides Marsha and Dennis. We passed out 60 goodie bags to the veterans who appreciated the goodies and our visit.

We had a great time and great weather for the ride. After leaving the Veterans Hospital Mike, Diane and David headed back to Harrison. Charles, Mary, Paula and Wayne went on to Rogers to see where Star Days will be held and then to Bellavista to check out where they would be staying during Star Days.
We headed back towards home on Highway 412 making a brief stop at Marble on the way.
